It presents a pale yellow colour and attractive aromas that include notes of citrus, green apple and bread dough. On the palate it is a vibrant sparkling wine, with plenty of energy, revealing a beautiful freshness on the finish.
With at least 12 months in bottle on the lees from the second fermentation, before disgorgement, it showcases the fruit and volume of the Baga grape variety and all the complexity, creaminess and persistence of the ageing in the cellar. The characteristics of this medium-dry and firm sparkling wine allow it to be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to the main course, highlighting its enormous versatility at the table.
